Su\u00e8de, pays dans lequel j\u2019ai pass\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e de mes \u00e9tudes et dans lequel je suis retourn\u00e9 quelques fois depuis, dont cet \u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si je ne dirais pas que la Su\u00e8de est une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en mati\u00e8re d\u2019am\u00e9nagements, de cyclabilit\u00e9 ou de voirie, on y trouve parfois quelques bons \u00e9l\u00e9ments int\u00e9ressants \u00e0 analyser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi des passages pi\u00e9tons l\u00e0-bas, qui d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque m\u2019interpelaient dans leur design\u202f: ils sont divis\u00e9s en deux, avec une partie \u00e0 rebord (bordure avec vue<sup class=\"modern-footnotes-footnote \" data-mfn=\"1\" data-mfn-post-scope=\"00000000000001ba0000000000000000_6482\"><a href=\"javascript:void(0)\"  role=\"button\" aria-pressed=\"false\" aria-describedby=\"mfn-content-00000000000001ba0000000000000000_6482-1\">1<\/a><\/sup><span id=\"mfn-content-00000000000001ba0000000000000000_6482-1\" role=\"tooltip\" class=\"modern-footnotes-footnote__note\" tabindex=\"0\" data-mfn=\"1\">C\u2019est ainsi que l\u2019on nomme la diff\u00e9rence de hauteur entre deux parties plates, en l\u2019occurrence entre la chauss\u00e9e et le dessus d\u2019une bordure.<\/span>) et une partie ramen\u00e9e parfaitement \u00e0 niveau de la chauss\u00e9e, souvent sans bordure du d\u00e9tail suppl\u00e9mentaire m\u2019a mis sur la voie d\u2019une explication possible\u202f: lorsqu\u2019il existe un fil d\u2019Ariane guidant les personnes malvoyantes, celui-ci dirige toujours personne en fauteuil roulant expliquant aux am\u00e9nageurs que les vues de 2\u202fcm, quasi syst\u00e9matiques aux passages pi\u00e9tons de nos contr\u00e9es (France mais \u00e9galement Suisse, Belgique\u2026), \u00e9taient honnies des usagers en fauteuil roulant, et les am\u00e9nageurs de r\u00e9pondre qu\u2019elles \u00e9taient obligatoires<sup class=\"modern-footnotes-footnote \" data-mfn=\"2\" data-mfn-post-scope=\"00000000000001ba0000000000000000_6482\"><a href=\"javascript:void(0)\"  role=\"button\" aria-pressed=\"false\" aria-describedby=\"mfn-content-00000000000001ba0000000000000000_6482-2\">2<\/a><\/sup><span id=\"mfn-content-00000000000001ba0000000000000000_6482-2\" role=\"tooltip\" class=\"modern-footnotes-footnote__note\" tabindex=\"0\" data-mfn=\"2\">Non\u202f: les fiches techniques indiquent que la hauteur de vue de 2\u202fcm est un maximum, pas une valeur recommand\u00e9e \u00e0 suivre. Autrement dit, 0 convient aussi.<\/span> ou recommand\u00e9es<sup class=\"modern-footnotes-footnote \" data-mfn=\"3\" data-mfn-post-scope=\"00000000000001ba0000000000000000_6482\"><a href=\"javascript:void(0)\"  role=\"button\" aria-pressed=\"false\" aria-describedby=\"mfn-content-00000000000001ba0000000000000000_6482-3\">3<\/a><\/sup><span id=\"mfn-content-00000000000001ba0000000000000000_6482-3\" role=\"tooltip\" class=\"modern-footnotes-footnote__note\" tabindex=\"0\" data-mfn=\"3\">Non plus\u202f: la recommandation est m\u00eame d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 z\u00e9ro\u202f! gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette vue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon avis est que les passages pi\u00e9tons tels que r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en Su\u00e8de visent pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces deux demandes\u202f: celle des personnes malvoyantes souhaitant rep\u00e9rer les chauss\u00e9es et trottoirs \u00e0 la canne par le rebord d\u2019une marche indiquant la s\u00e9paration des deux espaces, et celle des usagers en fauteuil roulant, qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent une transition \u00ab\u202f\u00e0 plat\u202f\u00bb car les ressauts leur sont tr\u00e8s inconfortables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et, lorsqu\u2019une travers\u00e9e v\u00e9lo est contig\u00fce \u00e0 la travers\u00e9e pi\u00e9tonne, la demande des usagers en fauteuil roulant rejoint celle des v\u00e9los, avec m\u00eame pour ces derniers l\u2019absence de toute bordure en travers de la trajectoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, le passage pi\u00e9ton inclusif su\u00e9dois canonique ressemble \u00e0 ceci\u202f: divis\u00e9 en deux \u00e0 trois parties,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une avec bordure de trottoir avec vue de 2\u202fcm au moins, sur laquelle dirigent le fil d\u2019Ariane et les bandes podotactiles d\u2019\u00e9veil \u00e0 la vigilance, incluse dans l\u2019alignement form\u00e9 par les bandes blanches de passage pi\u00e9ton, pour les malvoyants avec canne\u202f;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une \u00e0 niveau (0\u202fcm), avec ou sans bordure, incluse dans l\u2019alignement form\u00e9 par les bandes blanches de passage pi\u00e9ton, pour les fauteuils roulants\u202f;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une \u00e0 niveau, sans bordure, hors alignement des bandes blanches, pour la travers\u00e9e v\u00e9lo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped zone \u00ab\u202fv\u00e9lo\u202f\u00bb, d\u2019autant plus facilement si le trottoir est un trottoir cyclable (autoris\u00e9 en Su\u00e8de) ou que la piste cyclable est sur trottoir et d\u00e9j\u00e0
